Process
1. Fill up the e-order form and submit.
2. Put-it-on.my.onlinestore will send a payment guide to your email address.
3. Upon confirmation of payment, Put-it-on.my.onlinestore will send a confirmation email and informed you on the delivery date.
4. Please contact us within 7 days from payment confirmation date for any issues related to the purchase.


Return Policy
The presentation of the products displayed on the site has been ensured to be the closest possible to the actual product. However, please take into consideration there may be some slight deviations in the actual product. We will not exchange the product with regards to this discrepancies.

Apart from colours deviation, you are not able to exchange the product if it is not what you have expected or it does not fit you well.

Basically, we are not practising return policy as we will ensure the quality of the product before delivery. However, if there are any issues with the purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the payment confirmation date.


Payment
Payment can be made to Put-it-on via cash deposit machine or online transfer.
Payment shall be made within 3 business day after the confirmation of order. After 3 business day, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Postage

We are using PosLaju for all deliveries. Currently, only entitled to all locations within Malaysia.

West Malaysia: RM6
East Malaysia: RM10
Purchases of RM50 and above, all postage charges will be waived.

If there are requests, we will consider other locations outside Malaysia with a different set of delivery charges.


Delivery
Upon the confirmation of payment by 12PM, the products will be delivered on the following day.
Any confirmation after 12PM, the delivery would be on the day after.


Measurement
The measurement provided can be used as a reference only. There may slight deviations from the actual product.
